LeBron has decided to sign with…….
Nike has once again team up with Clot and launch the 13th sneaker in the Nike 1 World collection. The theme of this sneaker represents luck, happiness, and prosperity, all of which are a big part of the Chinese Lunar New Year celebration. The upper of this AF1 is made from red Clot Royale Deluxe Silk, the most recognizable Chinese-made textile, with embroidered trademark Clot graphics inspired by thousand-year-old Chinese prints. Additionally the most amazing and interesting feature is the two-layer design. A red top layer can actually be removed, peeled, burned or torn off to reveal the dark brown layer underneath. I guess we can all agree that “never judging a book by its cover.”
Another surprise with this Air Force 1 is the special “Chinese Candy Box” packaging set. Traditionally, Lunar New Year celebrations include offering sweets and other edible treats from a red lacquer box to ensure a “sweet” year. This Nike Clot Air Force 1 packaging is a hexagonal red box with a partitioned tray layer, to hold shoe accessories, and matching lid.
The Nike Clot Air Force 1 will be available on January 16, 2009, exclusively from JUICE (Causeway Bay, Hong Kong) or ACU (Shanghai, China).
I know this has nothing to do with kicks but I have to show it to you guys. I know things like this happened everywhere but picked up food from the trash can!?
